As Wes, am I going to get both Umbreon and Espeon as my starters or will I be forced to choose only one?

I thought about this for quite some time before starting this, and since he's a side character, you'll be using your respective capture device (Shadow Pokemon being excluded, you can catch anything with it). I decided to start you with one Eevee, though I'm certain I'll fit another in there in the early goings so you can have both Espeon and Umbreon.

On the issue of the capture device, you said I could capture anything with it. Are we including RP Players pokemon as well?

I plan to rule the world. I don't have time for sensibility. But yes, I guess stealing other players pokemon is a little over the top. Though I wasn't planning on doing it, I did want to know if the possibility existed.
